Foshan Nanhai Li Jia Li Gas Spring Factory is a factory that produces different types of dampers which widely used in various types of furniture hardware, such as hinges, ball bearing slides, conceal slides, sliding door systems, cabinets etc. Up till now, there are over 180 staffs working in Li Jia Li, manufacturing 5 millions dampers monthly. And they are sold to China mainland, European, Asian countries and North America etc.

We have experienced staffs in developing new products and handling serial production. Up till now, we have already working in this field for 10 year, becoming one of the most experienced factories in China mainland. We are also using half-automatic and fully automatic machines in production. That makes us have the unique advantage in our industry.

Li Jia Li is a very young, active and creative factory. We will focus more and getting more process in product design, automatic production, sales and brand management, human resource and company cultural construction. 2007-2008

Established in 2007,it started producing pneumatic rods for furniture.In the second year, it began to produce dampers for hinges.

2009-2012

Scale Increased. The company has grown to 200 people. It debuted at the domestic hardware exhibition for the first time. Products include air braces, hinge slide rail dampers, and slide rail brackets.

2013-2016

Foresighted.Invested in the independent research and development of new dampers and hardware products, we successfully developed more functional, multiple patented dampers and hinges. The annual production and sales of dampers exceeded 100 million units.

2017-2019

Relocated to a new factory. The factory expanded the factory area to 30,000 square meters.Established an industry-leading testing center to achieve full-process quality control from accessories molds to finished products.
Participated in Cologne Exhibition in Germany with patented dampers,slide rail brackets,and hinge products to expand overseas layout.

2019-2020

Intelligent manufacturing.We have increased investment in automation equipment,with the full automation rate reaching 80%. The R&D and manufacturing of high-end hardware dampers and furniture hardware products have been completed to transform and upgrade the fully digital, intelligent, energy-saving and environmentally friendly system.

2021-Now

Brand Impact Strengthen.From behind the scenes to the front,and comprehensively upgrade the brand image. Brand slogan: Let’s buy fast things, safe and reliable! Brand Vision: To become a model enterprise in damper production and research and development. Obtained the Guangdong Provincial High-tech Enterprise License. The annual production and sales of high-end dampers exceed 200 million pieces,and the annual production and sales of high-end hinges exceed 50 million pieces.
